I. History:
a. Perseroan Terbatas Mattel Indonesia (PTMI):
Perseroan Terbatas is an Indonesian word that means something similar to a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) in the United States. Due to its flexibility and legal protection, it is one of the most common business entities chosen by entrepreneurs and investors in Indonesia.
PT - Mattel Indonesia (PTMI) West Plant was established on October 8, 1992 in Cikarang, West Java, as Mattel’s first manufacturing plant in Indonesia. Built on a 45,000 square-meter block of land, the West Plant was originally responsible for the manufacturing of Barbie dolls. In 2016, it was converted into a state-of-the art die-cast factory, now commonly known as MIDC (Mattel Indonesia Die-Cast). It started production in 2017 and is now the main producer of Hot Wheels 5-car packs globally. In 1997, Mattel opened (PTMI) East Plant as an expansion of the original site. PTMI’s East Plant is the main producer of Barbie dolls in the world. The East Plant occupies a 88,000 square-meter block of land. To date, in peak season, both plants employ up to approximately 9,000 people.
b. PTMI exclusive Employee Dolls:
Since breaking ground in Indonesia in 1992, Mattel has issued a doll to each employee each anniversary year of the company's presence in Indonesia. A full album of all dolls manufactured can be found on Flicker.com, with 211 images in total. The dolls make their way to eBay and othe secondary markets from Indonesia. Given the long journey and improper packing the boxes are often not in the greatest of condition.

Chic and sophisticated look. Inspired by fall fashion.
b. Model Features:
Sleek black long-sleeved nylon jump Suite with balck belt and silver buckle. Knee high silver Boots, with matching handbag,and Cell Pone. Comes with stand and eyeglasses and ear rings.
c. Model Finish: Light Complexion smokey pink gloss lipstick, with bob hairstyle.
d. Opinion:
This doll has an amazingly lifelike face that looks very much in the style of her time, the Lina mold that was used to create her is undoubtedly a big part of this.
III. Box:
Nominal shelf wear. Some creasing. Some plastic craks or chips. If you plan to keep the doll boxed and displayed in the box this may not be for you.
